Yes, a custom thumbnail can be set by right-clicking on a dial and selecting 'Select custom thumbnail'. Remove a thumbnail by right-clicking and selecting 'Clear custom thumbnail'. Thumbnails created for Vivaldi speed dials work great with Easy Speed Dial.

Yes, a custom dial color can be set by right-clicking on a dial and selecting 'Edit'.
To edit bookmarks and folders, right-click a dial and select 'Edit'.
Easy Speed Dial uses browser bookmarks. To create a new dial, just bookmark a page as usual. You can also create a new bookmark or folder by right-clicking anywhere on the Easy Speed Dial page and selecting 'New Bookmark' or 'New Folder'.
Right-click anywhere on the Easy Speed Dial page and select 'Customize'.
Dial colors and thumbnails are saved by the ID of the bookmark. A backup will restore dial colors and thumbnails for only the browser profile it was backed up from because each profile has different bookmark IDs. If you have a new browser installation or profile, you will need to set the dial colors and thumbnails again.
